I want to sell this website including the domain name.

This is my first attempt of selling it so feel free to ask any information I may have not provided.

I’m selling it because I simply don’t have the time to make new reviews and to manage the site. If you visit the site you will see that the last review was published almost a year ago.

Domain name

This is a premium domain name and is one the best if you’re planning to run a website about PTC Sites. It has a pagerank of 2, it’s over two years old and has some links pointed to it and I say some because I never did a real link building campaign as I receive lot’s of traffic from the people that are searching for reviews. For example the search for neobux review put’s my site on the top result. I’ve spent a lot of time for onpage SEO for every review and the time I had left wasn’t enough for proper offpage SEO.

Website

The website is hosted on a premium host, and has a premium wordpress theme. It’s not the average site about PTC Sites as you can see the reviews come with important information about each PTC Site that I have reviewed and I can show how to easily get the information required for reviews. The most important page of the website is the rankings page which ranks PTC Sites based on the earning potential for users based on different statistics: http://ptc-sites.com/749/ptc-rankings/ There is a lot more to be said about the website and I’m happy to reply to the people that are interested.

Revenues

I’m short of information regarding the revenues because I haven’t clicked any ptc sites this year (just maintained my neobux account active by clicking once a month) and haven’t done anything to increase the revenues. The site has a banner from adhitz, ads from clickbank and obviously my referrals links to the PTC’s I have reviewed.

I also have plans to transform the website into a membership based which will generate much more revenue. I will share everything with the buyer.

So far the website generated over 2000 referrals for the 20+ sites that I have reviewed. If the new owner will manage it like this site deserves it will be a real competition to PTCI

Traffic stats:

alexa rank: 1.2M

average monthly visits last 12 month: 2830/month

average page views last 12 month: 4700/month

I have only once used traffic from a ptc site which generated 400 visits.
71.26% of the visits are coming from search engines, mainly Google.

The data is gathered with google analytics. If you need further proofs just ask for screenshots.

Like I said earlier the website has a huge potential and I kept it hoping that I will eventually find the time to make it a star. I think it’s finally the time for me to let it go and find someone who shares my vision and could make this website a great competition to PTCI. I never had more than about 20 reviews at a time (the sites that went scam, had to be removed) and managed to get a total of over 2000 referrals, have I had 1-200 reviews the earnings would have grown exponentially.
